I recommend that the fit of your saddle is checked at least twice yearly and ideally every three months. Get in touch if either you or your instructor or bodyworker notice a change in your horse which may indicate that you need to review your saddle fit.
I am always happy to work with other professionals and to attend at the same time as either your instructor, vet or bodyworker to achieve the optimum fit going forward.
This is especially important with young horses or with horses who have experienced a big change in their exercise regime or care.

it is recommended that your saddle is completely stripped and reflocked every two years or if the flocking has become lumpy or compacted
